Day 18
At 4:30AM we get up and hit the road. Going through Atlanta at 5AM is nice.
At 6PM we arrive home! The trailer brakes continued to be somewhat grabby when activated, but they did let loose when they were supposed to. Replacing the other wheel cylinder solved that. It was corroded after only 4 dips in the salt water (yes, rinsed well after each dip).
Since the trailer brake failure fiasco, we have learned to insist on corrosion-resistant brake assemblies such as the Titan Galphorite brakes (see page 66 on this link). More info to come on a separate boat info page.
